We’re looking for a Surveyor to take the lead from a field and office perspective, someone enthusiastic about the engineering and construction side of surveying who wants to grow with a dynamic, forward-thinking team. About the Role This role will be responsible for all field-based survey work on the 190-lot subdivision, including: Topographic pickups, set-outs, and as-constructed (as-con) surveys. Civil works: roads, services, retaining walls, and structures. Data management, including uploads and reductions (training available if needed) Consulting with project engineers, site supervisors, and design teams Maintaining accuracy, quality, and efficiency across all survey deliverables You’ll collaborate closely with our clients' cadastral surveyors (who will manage the cadastral components), focusing your time on the project's engineering and construction elements. Approximately 70% of your role will be dedicated to the 190-lot subdivision, with the remainder supporting other projects from residential developments to commercial and industrial builds and smaller subdivisions (10–60 lots). What Are We Looking For? Tertiary qualifications in Surveying or a related discipline Experience in construction or engineering surveying (land development experience highly regarded) Proficiency with survey instruments (Leica, Trimble, or similar) Ability to process and manage your data (12d Field, Civilcad, Magnet, etc.) Strong diligence and ability to work independently.
